I have thirty year's experience in various areas of the Australian Meat industry, ranging from primary production through to processing, distribution and export. I have a wide experience with most types and sizes of clients and producers, ranging from food service to institutional grade clients.

I thrive on the interaction with all types of people and backgrounds and the dynamic nature of this industry, and enjoy applying my experience positively to the values and profitability of our clients.

As Export Manager my role is the constant analysis and management of our supply-chain, its application to the serving of our Clients, and balancing this with the many complex and stringent statutory requirements for distribution and export.
